LEMON CRISP COOKIES
This is a cake mix cookie I found in my Mother's recipes.

Time 20m
Number Of Ingredients 5
Steps:
- 1. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients until well mixed ( dough will be crumbly )
- 2. Shape into 1 i9nch balls. Place 2 in. apart on ungreased baking sheets.
- 3. Bake at 350 for 10-12 minutes or until set. cool for 1 minute; remove from pan to a wire reck to cool completely. Yield about 4 dozen
