- To prepare the Lebanese Salad: Add salt and the garlic cloves to a bowel. Crush the garlic cloves with the salt. Cut the lettuce, the tomatoes and the cucumbers to small bite sizes. Add olive oil, lemon juice and the dried mint to the bowel. Mix the ingredient together and serve within 30 minutes after preparation. Bon Appetit...
