1 onion, chopped
1 green pepper, chopped
1 lb ground beef
2 potatoes, sliced
1 cup celery, chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/8 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1 (8 ounce) can tomato sauce
1 (10 3/4 ounce) can cream of celery soup

Steps:

  • In a 2 quart baking dish, layer half the onion, celery and green pepper. Salt and pepper to taste.
  • Top with ground beef sprinkled with garlic powder.
  • Pour over tomato sauce.
  • Top with remaining onion, celery and green pepper.
  • Arrange potatoes over top and cover with soup.
  • Bake at 350 degrees uncovered for 1 1/2 hours.
