I'm not sure I did something wrong, but my cheesecake didn't turn out as creamy as I expected. It was still good, but not great.

This cheesecake is very rich and decadent. I would recommend serving it with fresh fruit or berries to help cut the sweetness.

This cheesecake was a little too sweet for my taste, but my kids loved it. I would probably use less sugar next time.

I'm not a big fan of cheesecake, but I really enjoyed this one. The ladyfingers added a nice touch and the cheesecake filling was very light and fluffy.
