Kohlrabi Slaw image

Kohlrabi, cut into matchsticks
Apple, cut into matchsticks
Olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Salt and pepper

Steps:

  • Mix kohlrabi and apple matchsticks (both peeled or not) with olive oil and fresh lemon juice. Season with salt and pepper.

This recipe was a disaster! The slaw was way too sour and the kohlrabi was tough. I do not recommend this recipe.
