Kielbasa with Cabbage and Apples image

Use hard cider instead of plain apple cider for my take on this great dish and don't forget the mustard! This goes great with my recipe for Onion Baked Beans. Serve with your favorite hearty, grainy mustard.

This recipe is a great way to use up leftover kielbasa. I usually make it when I have some kielbasa that's about to go bad. The cabbage and apples help to stretch the kielbasa and make it a more complete meal.

This dish was a bit too sweet for my taste. I think I would have preferred it with less apples or a different type of apple.

I found this recipe to be just okay. The kielbasa was good, but the cabbage and apples were a bit bland. I think it could have used more seasoning or maybe a different type of apple.

This kielbasa dish was a disappointment. The cabbage was overcooked and mushy, and the apples were bland. The kielbasa itself was okay, but not enough to save the dish. I wouldn't recommend this recipe.
