Kahlua Cocoa Balls image

These are so much fun to eat and share with friends around the holidays. Everyone loves them! I found a recipe for homemade Kahlua, so I might try to use it next time. The dried fruit gives it a moist, chewy texture, too.

These Kahlua Cocoa Balls are way too boozy for my taste. I think I'll use less Kahlua next time.

I'm allergic to nuts, so I had to modify the recipe a bit. I used crushed graham crackers instead of nuts and they turned out great!

I had some trouble getting the cocoa coating to stick to the balls. I think I might have used too much Kahlua.
