Joy's Super Tasty Chicken & Spinach Delight - Crock-Pot image

I created this recipe because I wanted the ease of the crockpot AND wanted to use some spinach I had in the freezer. This recipe is great because you can use frozen ingredients!! I'm really proud of my creation because it's tasty, mostly healthy and everyone loved it! You can play around with the cheese toppings. I had planned to use Swiss, but used Monterey Jack instead because it was what I had on hand. I had also planned to use 1/4 cup of parmesan cheese, but only had 1/8 on hand, so that's what I used. I served the chicken whole, topped with spinach, mushrooms and cheese with a salad on the side.

This is my go-to recipe for when I'm having guests over. It's always a crowd-pleaser. The chicken is so tender and flavorful, and the spinach adds a nice pop of color and nutrition. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.

I love this dish because it's so versatile. You can add different vegetables, cheeses, or spices to change up the flavor. I've even made it with different types of meat, like turkey or pork. It's always delicious.

This dish is a great way to use up leftover chicken. I usually make a big batch of chicken on the weekend and then use it to make this dish during the week. It's a quick and easy meal that's always a hit with my family.

This dish is a great way to get your kids to eat their spinach. My kids love the chicken and they don't even notice the spinach. I usually serve it with mashed potatoes or roasted vegetables.

This dish was a little bland for my taste. I added some extra salt and pepper and it was much better. I also think it would have been better with some kind of sauce.

This recipe was a disaster! The chicken was tough and the spinach was mushy. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong. I won't be making this again.

This dish was okay. The chicken was a little dry, but the spinach was good. I think I would have liked it more if I had used boneless, skinless chicken breasts.

I'm not a huge fan of spinach, but this dish was surprisingly good. The chicken was really moist and flavorful, and the spinach wasn't overpowering at all. I would definitely make this again.

This was a great recipe! The chicken was cooked perfectly and the spinach was still slightly crunchy, just the way I like it. I added a little bit of extra garlic and red pepper flakes for a little extra flavor. I will definitely be making this again
