Number Of Ingredients 8

1 stick Oleo
1 cup Sugar
1 cup Flour
2 t. Baking Powder
1/2 t. Salt
3/4 cup Milk
Fruit- You choose
3/4 Sugar

Steps:

  • Melt oleo. In mixing bowl, mix sugar, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk, Pour the batter over the oleo in a pan. Do not mix. Drain any fruit, but keep the juice, and spread over batter. Pour the juice from the fruit over batter. Spread 3/4 sugar over all that. Bake at 350 for one hour.
