Real men do eat quiche, they'll ask for seconds....enjoy this with a nice crisp bread, green salad and fresh fruit. For a nice variation add 1/2 cup of sliced pepperoni instead of crumbled bacon.

This quiche was a bit too cheesy for my taste. I would use less cheese next time.

This quiche was delicious! I made it for a brunch party and it was a hit. The Jarlsberg cheese gave it a rich, nutty flavor and the crust was perfectly flaky. I will definitely be making this again.
