Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees. In a bowl, combine all of the ingredients, except the bacon. Mush the meat mixture with your hands. My weird way to tell if the meatloaf is ready for the oven is that I actually smell the mixture to see if it has enough seasoning. If it doesn't smell like ground beef, you're good to go. Shape in the form of a loaf and place in baking dish. Smother with ketchup and drape bacon slices over the top. Bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes to an hour.
