Steps:
- Preheat oven to 350. Combine all of the ingredients, Except the topping, into a medium bowl. Stir well. Transfer to an oven proof dish, perhaps a 9 X 13. The size of the dish depends on how thick you want the dip, just over 1 inch or inch and a half is good. You could also put in a small crock pot and start warming an hour before serving. The key is to make sure all the ingredients have melded together. Combine the topping ingredients and sprinkle all over the top of the dip. Bake the dip for 20-30 minutes or until bubbly.
