Steps:
- 1. Saute the prosciutto or bacon in the olive oil until desired doneness. 2. Add the onion, garlic, and spinach. Saute the spinach until it is limp. 3. Adjust seasonings with salt, nutmeg, Parmesan cheese and pepper. Serve immediately while still warm.
