Italian Sandwich Salad Recipe - (4.3/5) image

Number Of Ingredients 8

3 thick cut slices of good quality Ham, cubed (I have our deli counter cut this on #10)
6 thick cut slices COOPER SHARP cheese, cubed (cut on #10)
2 green peppers, chopped into chunks
3 tomatoes, cut into chunks
1 can black olives
3 whole SOUR pickles, diced
1 bottle italian dressing
1 box rotini pasta, cooked according to package dirctions

Steps:

  • * Cook pasta, drain and cool * Cut ham, cheese, green pepper, tomato and pickles. * Add black olives and cooled pasta. * Mix together. * Add italian dressing and mix until well coated. ********************************************************************** ********************************************************************** ** Note: It is important to use SOUR pickles (not dill) and COOPER SHARP cheese to get the taste of a "REAL" amato's italian sandwich... trust me, you won't be disappointed! ********************************************************************** ** This maks a really large salad... perfect for a big crowd.
