Steps:
- 1. Chop cheese to rough cubes and place in food processor pulsate to a small pea like texture. Add remaining ingredient EXCEPT Olive Oil! Pulsate to combine now add Olive Oil and blend for maybe 30 seconds. Place in a airtight serving bowl and leave out at room temperature for 4 hours before serving.
