Steps:
- 1. wash carrots, but do not peel
- 2. slice carrots into coins
- 3. melt butter in pan over medium heat
- 4. place carrots in the pan and let cook for 3 mins.
- 5. add the sugar and the holy water(irish whiskey)caver and let cook for another 15 mins. 'tis a great recipe!!
