Instant Strawberry-Peach Frozen Yogurt image

Found this years ago in my "Home Cooking, cookbook. Enjoy! If you prefer, you may substitute agave nectar for the honey.

Number Of Ingredients 6

1 c nonfat plain yogurt
2 1/2 Tbsp honey
1/2 tsp pure vanilla extract
3/4 c frozen strawberries
3/4 c frozen peach slices
strawberry halves to garnish

Steps:

  • 1. Place the yogurt, honey and vanilla in the work bowl of a food processor and process until just smooth.
  • 2. While the machine is running, drop the frozen fruit down the feed tube in a steady stream until it has combined with the yogurt into a smooth mixture.
  • 3. Garnish with strawberry halves and serve immediately.
