Steps:
- Cook 1 cup honey, 3/4 cup soy sauce and 1/4 cup sliced garlic, and 1/4 cup peeled and sliced ginger in small pan over low heat till melted. Put 2 chickens, cut up, about lbs total in shallow baking pan, skin side down. Pour on sauce, cover with foil and refrigerate overnight. Bake in 350 oven 1/2 hour, uncover pan, raise oven to 375 and bake another 1/2 hour. Can reduce sauce if desired.
