I make these on the weekend and then freeze them. I heat one up in the microwave right before I head to work during the week. You can alter the ingredients and experiment with different spices, maybe add spinach, herbs, mushrooms, other kinds of meat like bacon, different kinds of cheeses.

6 eggs
1 lb sausage
1/2 c onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 c whole milk
1/2 c grated cheese
1 tsp red curry powder

Overall, I thought the quiche was just okay. It wasn't bad, but it wasn't great either.

The quiche was a bit too salty. I think I would use less cheese next time.

The quiche was a bit too dry. I think I would add some more milk or cream to the filling next time.

The quiche was a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs and spices next time.

This quiche is a great way to use up leftover vegetables. I added some chopped zucchini and bell pepper to the filling, and it turned out great.

The quiche was easy to make and turned out great! I used a store-bought pie crust to save time, and it still came out delicious.

I'm not a big fan of quiche, but this one was really good. The crust was nice and flaky, and the filling was creamy and flavorful. I would definitely make this again.
