Indiana Farmhouse Goulash, Quick and Easy image

This was a once a week supper when I was in high school. Its quick and easy. You can vary the taste with chili powder or garlic. You can add other veggies, if you like. Or top with cheese. Its just a quick basic supper Mom relied on and, when we were kids, we loved it. I still make it once a month or so. Good comfort food.

I found this goulash to be a bit bland. I think it could use more seasoning.

I made this goulash last night and it was delicious! The only change I made was to use ground beef instead of stew meat, and it turned out great.

This goulash was a hit with my family! The flavors were so rich and comforting, and the beef was fall-apart tender. I loved the addition of the egg noodles, which made the dish even more hearty and satisfying.
