Steps:
- Place mayo, scallions, basil, lemno juice, garlic, anchovy paste, salt and pepper in blender and blend until smooth.
- Add sour cream and process until just blended
- Can substitute creme fraiche for sour cream. Use less salt.
- Also good with avocado, belgian endive
