These bars were a bit too dry for my taste, but they still had a nice lemon flavor. I think I'll try adding an extra egg yolk to the batter next time.

Not a fan of lemon desserts, but these bars were actually pretty good. The crust was nice and crumbly and the lemon filling was tart and refreshing.

These bars were a bit too sweet for me, but I still enjoyed them. I think I'll try reducing the amount of sugar next time.

I'm gluten-free and was so happy to find this recipe. The bars were delicious and I didn't miss the gluten at all.

The bars were a bit too crumbly for my taste, but the flavor was still enjoyable. I think I might try a different recipe next time.

I'm not much of a baker, but these bars were surprisingly simple to make. I also had fun experimenting with different variations, like adding berries or chocolate chips to the batter. Delicious!

These lemon shortbread bars were a hit at my last party! I appreciated that the recipe was easy to follow, and the bars turned out perfectly golden brown. The balance of sweetness and tartness from the lemon was divine.
