3 tomatoes, cut up small
3 fresh green peppers, cut up small
2 eggs
2 tablespoons oil
1 onion
1/2 lb salami, diced

Steps:

  • First fry the onions in the oil.
  • add tomatoes and peppers, and cook until peppers are soft.
  • add the diced salami and pour the beaten eggs over the mixture just before removing from the heat.
