HOT POTATO SALAD image

Number Of Ingredients 10

5-7 medium Potatoes, sliced
1/2 C. Vinegar
1 lb Hot Dogs
6 Tbsp Sugar
1-1/2 tsp Salt
1 Onion, chopped
1/2 tsp Pepper
2 Tbsp Parsley
1/4 C. Oil
1/4 C. Water

Steps:

  • Place rack in pressure cooker; add 1/4 cup water. Place sliced potatoes in pressure-cooker. Put sliced hot dogs and chopped onions on top of potatoes. In a separate pan (or microwave dish) mix together the salt, pepper, oil, vinegar, and sugar;heat until sugar is dissolved. Pour this sauce over the potatoes. Cover; set control at 15 lbs and cook under pressure about 4 minutes after the control jiggles. Reduce pressure immediately by running cold water over the closed pan. Add parsley and mix well before serving.
