I'm going to try making this tea with different types of tea leaves. I think it would be really good with green tea or oolong tea.

I added a bit of honey to my tea to sweeten it up. It was delicious!

I'm allergic to cinnamon, so I made this tea without it. It was still really good!

I followed the recipe exactly, but my tea didn't turn out as flavorful as I expected. I think I might have used old ginger.

This tea is a bit too spicy for me. I think I'll use less ginger next time.

I'm not a big fan of ginger, but I actually really liked this tea. The cinnamon mellows out the ginger flavor perfectly.
