HOT CRAB DIP WITH A KICK! image

Number Of Ingredients 11

1 8 oz package of cream cheese
3 T mayonnaise
1/2 c grated sharp cheddar
1/8 c grated Parmesan cheese
1 6 oz can of crab meat
2 tsp hot sauce
1 T horseradish
Salt and pepper to taste
Topping:
1/8 c panko bread crumbs
1/8 c Parmesan cheese

Steps:

  • Mix the first 8 ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Transfer to a shallow oven proof ceramic baking dish. Sprinkle panko crumb and Parmesan mixture on top. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes until bubbling. Broil briefly until top is golden and slightly browned. Let sit for 5 minutes before serving. Enjoy !
