HOMEMADE SWEETENED CONDENSED MILK
This is an economic replacement for sweetened condensed milk. From the Methodist Women Cookbook

Number Of Ingredients 4
Steps:
- 1. Mix hot water and sugar
- 2. Stir until the sugar is dissolved
- 3. Add the entire amount of dried milk powder
- 4. Mix well
- 5. This can be used immediately or refrigerate until needed. Use this as a substitute for Eagle Brand sweetened condensed milk.
