Steps:
- 1. Whole baked potatoes (or sliced and oiled baked potatoes, they cook faster). When cool enough to handle cut in half and remove pulp.
- 2. Melt butter and add paprika. Brush butter mixture into potato skin.
- 3. Place skins under broiler for a few minutes until browned.
- 4. Bacon
- 5. Onions
- 6. Cheese
- 7. Sour cream
- 8. Thick Chili (can also use canned).
