Homemade Chicken Shake & Bake Coating image

Number Of Ingredients 7

2 cups fine breadcrumbs
1/4 cup flour
1 tablespoon paprika
1/2 cup margarine, cold
1 tablespoon salt
2 teaspoons poultry seasoning
1/4 teaspoon pepper

Steps:

  • Mix all ingredients.
  • Place in small freezer bags and store in freezer.
  • To use, roll chicken pieces in mixture. Bake 350 for 1-2 hours.
  • Yields enough to cover 2 frying chickens.
