Hoisin Marinated Pork Chops, Barb image

These are good on their own, but are also an ingredient in the Grilled Pork & Rice Noodle Salad, Barb (also in JAP).

Number Of Ingredients 7

1/4 c low sodium soy sauce
1/4 c hoisin sauce
1/4 c honey
1 tsp crushed red pepper
2 garlic cloves, minced
8 4 oz boneless center cut loin pork chops, about 3/4" thick
pam

Steps:

  • 1. Marinate at least 8 hours.
  • 2. Combine soy, hoisin, honey, red pepper and garlic in ziplock. Add pork and seal. Marinate in fridge 8 hours or overnight. Grill on rack sprayed with PAM. Grill 3 min on each side.
  • 3. Store in fridge up to 2 days. Reserve 4 chops for the salad.
