1/4 cup Parmesan cheese
2 cups Zucchini, washed &
unpeeled, cut into 1" slices
1/3 cup Hidden Valley
Original Ranch Dressing
(Regular or Light)

Steps:

  • Preheat oven to 475 degrees. Lightly spray cookie sheet with cooking spray. Dip zucchini slices on both sides in Ranch Dressing. Then place on cookie sheet; sprinkle with Parmesan cheese. Bake for 10 minutes or until tops are lightly browned.
