These fritters were a disaster! They fell apart in the pan and they were way too greasy.

I'm not a big fan of zucchini, but these fritters were surprisingly good! I would definitely make them again.

These fritters were a bit bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs or spices next time.

I'm allergic to eggs, so I used a flax egg instead. The fritters still turned out great!

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my fritters turned out flat and dense. They didn't have the light and fluffy texture that I was expecting.

These fritters were a bit too oily for my taste. I think I would use less oil next time.

I made these fritters last night and they were so good! I used a little less oil than the recipe called for and they were still plenty crispy. I served them with a side of tzatziki sauce and they were the perfect summer meal.

These zucchini fritters were absolutely delicious! I followed the recipe exactly and they turned out perfectly. They were crispy on the outside and fluffy on the inside. I served them with a side of sour cream and they were a hit with my family.
