Herbed Corn for a Crowd image

This is adapted from a Taste of Home recipe. I made this one year for Thanksgiving, and it quickly became a special request for every Thanksgiving and Christmas dinner.

Number Of Ingredients 9

2 (16 ounce) packages frozen corn
1 cup water
1/3 cup butter, cubed
1 tablespoon minced fresh parsley
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon dill weed
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning
1/8 teaspoon dried thyme

Steps:

  • Combine corn and water in a large saucepan and bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat, cover and simmer until corn is tender, about 5 to 6 minutes.
  • Drain; stir in the remaining ingredients.
