I'm not a big fan of tomatoes, but I loved these crostini! The herb cream cheese was so flavorful that it made me forget all about the tomatoes.

I used sun-dried tomatoes instead of fresh tomatoes and they worked great! The crostini had a nice chewy texture and the sun-dried tomatoes added a sweet and tangy flavor.

These crostini were a little too bland for my taste. I think I would add some more herbs or spices to the cream cheese next time.

I'm not sure what I did wrong, but my crostini turned out soggy. I think I might have added too much cream cheese.

I had some leftover roasted tomatoes, so I used those instead of fresh tomatoes. They worked great and gave the crostini a smoky flavor.
