Healthy Frozen Fruit Cups: A Dessert You Feel Good Not Guilty About. image

The idea came from a family recipe for fruit cups that was amazing but not healthy at all. So getting my inspiration from paleo banana ice cream, I made a healthy version. Enjoy as a side or dessert!

Number Of Ingredients 3

2 ripe bananas, mashed
¼ cup milk
⅓ cup peeled and sliced orange

Steps:

  • Line 6 muffin cups with paper liners.
  • Mix mashed bananas and milk together in a bowl; fold in orange slices. Pour mixture into the prepared muffin cups. Freeze until solid, at least 1 hour. Defrost for about 10 minutes before serving.
