Steps:
- Heat a large Dutch oven or soup pot over medium-high heat. Cook and stir beef and onion in the hot skillet until beef is browned and crumbly, 5 to 7 minutes. Drain and discard grease.
- Stir tomatoes, broth, vegetables, oregano, salt, and pepper into the pot. Bring to a boil.
- Add egg noodles and reduce heat to medium-low. Cover and cook until noodles are tender, 10 to 15 minutes.
