Hamburger Pot Pie image

This is a pure and simple comfort food without any pretense. When the sports seasons took over, my mum had to resort to easy calories to get our large family through each night. This one wins with kids of all ages, and is ultimately a decent base recipe for comfort food experimentation.

This recipe was a bit too time-consuming for me. I would recommend using pre-made pie crust to save time.

The crust was a bit too thick for my liking. I would recommend rolling it out thinner next time.

I made this recipe last night and it was delicious! The only change I made was using ground turkey instead of beef. It turned out great!
