Steps:
- 1. Remove center of bread to make a boat shape.
- 2. Brown ground beef; add sauce, mushrooms and onion.
- 3. Simmer 2-3 minutes.
- 4. Pour into bread and top with slices of cheese.
- 5. Heat on baking sheet at 350 degrees for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.
- 6. Slice to serve.
