Halloween Pumpkin Oatmeal Cookies image

My sister Carol has made these for her boys since they were little and both they and their friends loved them. Now the boys are in college, they just "have to have" them every Halloween.... so Carol sends them care packages. (Number of cookies is estimate)

These cookies were a bit too sweet for my taste, but they were still good. I think I'll try making them again with less sugar next time.

I'm not a big fan of oatmeal cookies, but I really liked these. They're soft and chewy, and the pumpkin flavor is subtle but still noticeable.
