Guava Mango Papaya Smoothie image

Here's yet another recipe that comes from the great 2007 cookbook, More Smoothies for Live, & one that makes a drink that, with the folate & vitamin C it contains, can help you reduce the development of wrinkles.

1 cup ice cube
1 cup guava nectar
1 cup mango nectar
1 papaya, peeled, seeded
1 cup plain fat-free yogurt

Steps:

  • Combine the ingredients in a blender & puree until smooth.
  • Pour into 2 tall glasses & ENJOY!
