Grilled Pineapple and Avocado Salsa image

This is yummy over fish and any kind of meat! I also like to have it over rice and grains. I think this would be great as a pizza topping! These ingredients are used in the Caribbean, Mexico, Spain and the Southwest, also Hawaii(Western USA).

This salsa is a delightful blend of sweet and savory flavors. The grilled pineapple adds a unique smoky flavor that pairs perfectly with the creamy avocado and tangy red onion. I served it with grilled shrimp and it was a hit!
