1 1/2 cups pork, sliced thin
2 tablespoons oil
1 1/2 cups onions, sliced
1/2 teaspoon ginger, crushed
1 garlic clove, crushed
1 cup celery, sliced
1 cup mushroom, sliced
1 (10 ounce) can peas
1 (5 ounce) can bamboo shoots, drained
1 (8 ounce) can water chestnuts, drained, sliced
2 teaspoons salt
1 dash white pepper
2 teaspoons cornstarch
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 cup water

Steps:

  • Stir fry pork in oil.
  • Add onions, ginger and garlic.
  • Add rest of vegetables.
  • Add salt and pepper.
  • Mix cornstarch and soy sauce into water; pour into pan; cook until thick.
