Yield 4 serving(s)

Number Of Ingredients 5

1 lb green beans
1 -2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
2 -4 cloves garlic, sliced thin
1/2 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, more if desired

This dish was a bit too spicy for my taste. I think I would use less red pepper flakes next time. Otherwise, the beans were cooked perfectly and the sauce was flavorful.
