1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 lemon, zested
1 teaspoon Greek seasoning
1 teaspoon poultry seasoning

These skewers are a great way to get your kids to eat their vegetables. My kids love the chicken and the vegetables are a sneaky way to get them to eat something healthy.

The marinade was a bit too salty for my taste. I would probably use less salt next time.

I found that the chicken was a bit tough. I think I might try using a different cut of chicken next time.

These skewers were a bit dry for my taste. I think I would add more olive oil to the marinade next time.
