I'm definitely going to try this marinade on other types of meat. I think it would be great on pork or fish.

This marinade is a great way to make chicken breasts more flavorful. I always have a hard time getting chicken breasts to taste good, but this marinade really did the trick.

I'm not a huge fan of ginger, but I didn't find the flavor to be overpowering in this marinade. It was just the right amount to give the chicken a nice zing.

This marinade is a great way to use up leftover grapefruit. I always have a few grapefruit in my fridge that I don't know what to do with. Now I have a new way to use them!

I only marinated the chicken for a few hours, but it still had a great flavor. I think you could get away with marinating it for even less time if you're in a hurry.

I marinated the chicken for 24 hours before cooking. It was definitely worth the wait. The flavor was incredible.

This marinade is a great way to add some variety to your chicken recipes. It's a nice change from the usual lemon-pepper or garlic-herb marinades.

I served the chicken with roasted vegetables and a side of rice. It was a delicious and healthy meal that the whole family enjoyed.

I added a bit of honey to the marinade to give it a touch of sweetness. It was a great addition and I highly recommend it.

I used this marinade on chicken breasts and thighs. The breasts were a bit dry, but the thighs were perfect. I think next time I'll use a combination of both.

I was a bit hesitant to try this marinade because I'm not a big fan of grapefruit. But I'm so glad I did! The grapefruit flavor is subtle and perfectly complements the ginger.

I love that this marinade is so easy to make. I just threw all the ingredients in a bowl and mixed them together. No need to fuss over a complicated recipe.

I followed the recipe exactly and the chicken turned out so moist and juicy. The marinade really penetrates the meat and gives it a delicious flavor.
