Grape-Elderflower Fizz image

Grapes and deeply fragrant elderflower mingle in a vibrant drink worthy of celebration. Musky-sweet fresh Concord grapes are available only in September and October, which makes them perfect for a fall wedding. They're a brilliant garnish, but any red or purple table grape will do.

I made this drink for a party and it was a disappointment. The flavor was bland and it wasn't very refreshing.

I followed the recipe exactly and the drink was too strong. I would recommend using less elderflower liqueur.

I'm not a big fan of elderflowers, but I still enjoyed this drink. The grapes and soda water help to balance out the elderflower flavor.
