5-6 1b 1'st cut beef brisket
8 oz can tomatoe sauce
1/2 jar dai dai garlic sauce
1 bottle dark or amber beer
salt/pepper

Steps:

  • pre heat oven 325 degree season brisket with salt/pepper and sear on both sides mix beer,tomatoe sauce, and garlic sauce pour over brisket in a covered roaster bake for 3 hours slice meat on bias and reheat in gravy that has been separated from fat for 1 hour
