I love the ease of these delicious potatoes. They remind of restaurant style Mojo's but not as spicy. They have a delightful crispy crust on the outside but soft and tender on the inside. And since I prefer to control what is in the mix I know they won't be too salty so it's good for our diet.

Steps:
- 1. Peel potatoes; cut into sixths.
- 2. In a large Ziploc bag, combine flour, parmesan, seasoning, parsley flakes and ground flax seed. Mix well.
- 3. Line a large shallow baking pan with foil. Melt butter in pan by placing in 375 degree F oven.
- 4. Moisten potatoes with water and place a few at a time in the bag with the flour mixture. Shake to coat. Place in a single layer in pan of melted butter. Continue until all are coated and placed in pan.
- 5. Bake for 1 hour at 375 degrees F. Turn only once during baking.
