I had so much fun making these biscuits with my kids. They loved cutting out the shapes and decorating them with sprinkles.

These biscuits are the perfect addition to a cup of tea on a cold winter day. They're also great for gift-giving.

I was disappointed with these biscuits. They were too hard and didn't have much flavor. I followed the recipe exactly, so I'm not sure what went wrong.

These biscuits were a bit too dry for my taste. I think I would add an extra egg yolk or some melted butter next time.

I've tried a lot of ginger biscuit recipes, but this one is definitely my favorite. The biscuits are crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside, with just the right amount of spice.

These biscuits were easy to make and turned out great! I used a bit less sugar than the recipe called for, and they were still plenty sweet for my taste.

These ginger biscuits turned out perfectly! They have the perfect balance of sweetness and spice. I especially appreciate that the recipe didn't call for any fancy ingredients, so I was able to make them with items I already had on hand.
