GIN: SOUTHSIDE FIZZ
The fizz comes from the soda. The buzz comes from the gin. The cool comes from the muddled mint.

Steps:
- Muddle mint leaves and simple syrup in a mixing glass; add the gin and lemon juice; shake. Strain into a glass of ice and finish with club soda. Garnish: more mint.
